Refunds

If you are unhappy with Norget, email support@norget.io within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

After 14 days we do not refund the current period, but you can cancel to prevent any further charges. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and nothing further is charged.

Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the account then returns to the free plan.

Dropping to the free plan never deletes anything. Saved items above the free limit stay in your archive and remain searchable; you simply cannot add new ones until you are back under the limit.
