Using Norget

These terms apply when you use Norget, including its website, browser extension, connected-account sync, bookmark tools, search, memory tree, and AI features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Norget.

Who you are contracting with

Norget is a service of ATAYIL YÖNETİM DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a limited company registered in Türkiye. When these terms say "we", that is the company they mean.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly at support@norget.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You keep ownership of the bookmarks, notes, questions, and other content you submit to Norget. You give Norget a limited permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to save and process the content you submit.

Acceptable use

You may not use Norget to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt the service;
• access another person's account or data without permission;
• abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except where law permits; or
• use the service to create or distribute deceptive, harmful, or unlawful material.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Norget is free to use up to the limits shown on the pricing page. The paid plan is billed monthly in advance and starts as soon as payment completes; there is nothing to download or deliver, so access is granted immediately on your existing account.

Payments are processed by Polar, who act as the merchant of record. Polar is the seller of the subscription: they take the payment, their name is what appears on your statement, they issue the invoice, and they handle any applicable VAT or sales tax.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and nothing further is charged. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the account then returns to the free plan.

Refunds. If you are unhappy with Norget, email support@norget.io within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After 14 days we do not refund the current period, but you can cancel to prevent any further charges. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Dropping to the free plan never deletes anything. Saved items above the free limit stay in your archive and remain searchable; you simply cannot add new ones until you are back under the limit or subscribe again.

Service changes and termination

Norget may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create a security risk, or misuse the service. Where practical, we will provide notice before taking action.

Service provided as-is

Norget is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norget makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated summaries, categories, search results, and answers may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you should verify important information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norget will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top when we do. Your continued use of Norget after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
