Comparison
Readwise Reader, without the subscription to find out.
Readwise Reader is the most complete read-it-later tool on the market and this page will not pretend otherwise. It handles EPUBs, PDFs, RSS, newsletters and YouTube transcripts, and its highlights sync into Obsidian, Notion and Logseq. Norget does less and lets you use it properly for free first.
When not to pick us
Pick Readwise Reader for EPUBs, RSS, newsletters or highlights that sync to Obsidian or Notion. Norget supports public PDF links with selectable text, but has no PDF uploads or EPUB support.

Questions
Is Norget another Readwise?
No, and it would be a bad deal if it were. Readwise Reader is a reading environment with a large library of formats and integrations. Norget is narrower: it archives what you save and answers questions about it with the sources attached. If your problem is "I read a lot and want it organised", Readwise is the better tool. If your problem is "I saved something months ago and cannot find it", that is the one we built for.
Does Norget sync X bookmarks like Readwise?
Partly. Open your X bookmarks page and start the import from the extension. It asks for your agreement before it starts, then scrolls the signed-in X bookmarks page up to 300 times and imports the posts X loads, including their text. A Stop import control stays on the page. This is not background sync and it may not reach every bookmark.
