?Why is the limit on saved items and not on questions?
Saving costs us roughly ten times what asking does — every save is read, summarised and indexed. Limiting questions would charge you for the cheap half and discourage the thing the product is for. The monthly question figure is a fair-use ceiling against abuse, not a budget you are meant to feel. ?What happens when I hit the free limit?
New saves are refused with a clear message. Nothing already saved is touched, hidden or deleted, and you can keep asking questions. ?What if I cancel?
You keep access until the period you paid for ends, then the account returns to Free. Saves above the free limit stay in your archive and remain searchable; you just cannot add new ones until you are under the limit again. We do not delete your things to make a point. ?Who actually charges my card?
Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record. They handle payment and any VAT or sales tax, and their name is what appears on your statement.
